Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion This promotion is the "Win the Ultimate Work Bag Edit" giveaway (the "Promotion"), run by Panache Style ("Promoter", "we", "us"). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Promotional period The Promotion runs from 12:00am on 1 July 2026 to 11:59pm on 31 July 2026 (AEST/ACST as applicable) ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

3. Eligibility The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older worldwide, excluding employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Panache Style and its associated agencies. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent and the prize will be issued to that parent or guardian.

It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that entering this Promotion is lawful in their country, state, or territory of residence. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, void, or disqualify entries from any jurisdiction where this Promotion, or the awarding of a prize of this nature, is restricted or prohibited by local law.

4. How to enter To receive an entry into the draw, entrants must select any three (3) eligible items from the Panache Style Work Bag Edit on the Panache Style website and complete the purchase during the Promotional Period. A promotional discount will be automatically applied at checkout when three eligible items are selected. Completing that purchase constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.

• Eligible items will be clearly identified on the Panache Style website during the Promotional Period.
• Each qualifying transaction (three eligible items selected and purchased in a single order) equals one (1) entry into the draw.
• There is no limit on the number of entries an individual may receive; each separate qualifying purchase during the Promotional Period will result in a separate entry.
• Entries are linked to the email address used at checkout. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
• Returned, cancelled, or refunded orders will have any associated entries voided.
• Entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• The promotional discount applied at checkout is available to all customers selecting three eligible items during the Promotional Period and is not conditional on winning.

5. The prize One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Work Bag Edit, comprising:

• One (1) Marc Jacobs tote bag (as pictured in promotional material)
• One (1) Panache Style satin headband
• One (1) Panache Style Sasha slide
• One (1) Panache Style claw clip
• One (1) notepad and pen

Total approximate prize value: $850 AUD.

Prize disclaimer: the prize includes only the items listed above. Promotional, social media, and marketing material for this Promotion may depict additional items styled alongside the prize (for example, a laptop, drink bottle, makeup bag, or other accessories) for illustrative purposes only. These additional styled items are not included in the prize and will not be awarded to the winner. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable, in whole or in part, for any other item. Colours and styles within the prize are at the Promoter's discretion, subject to availability.

6. Winner selection The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the close of the Promotional Period. The draw will be conducted using a random selection method, and the Promoter's decision is final.

7. Notification The winner will be notified by the email address or phone number associated with their qualifying order within 3 business days of the draw and will also be announced on Panache Style's Instagram and/or Facebook pages. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond, within 7 days of the first notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Use of winner's details By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their first name and state/territory of residence for promotional purposes, including on social media, without further compensation. The winner may be asked, but is not obliged, to provide a photo or testimonial for use in marketing.

9. General conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.
• The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it becomes corrupted or is otherwise not capable of being conducted as planned.
• The Promoter's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
• The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may use it in line with our Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy].

10. International delivery Where the winner resides outside Australia, the Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize at its own cost. The winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by their own country on receipt of the prize. Delivery timeframes for international winners may be longer than for winners within Australia.

11. Governing law This Promotion is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, regardless of the entrant's country of residence.
